BOB HARMON - General Manager

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Bob Harmon has proven an integral role in training, managing and development of and for multiple successful and time tested restaurants in Buffalo, San Diego and more here in Nashville. While serving as Production Manager and FOH sound engineer on major artist U.S. and International tours, he constantly sought out local community driven establishments to soak in, learn from and enjoy. All of these experiences have rewarded him with special views and a passionate care and understanding in bar and restaurant operations and the staff’s relationship to its surrounding communities over 25 years.

Bob philosophizes that the kitchen and bar is a stage for food and beverage as well as its staff, and patrons are their welcomed and joyful audience. Hathorne’s spirits, wine, food and family will show those reflections and shine.
