Private Dining | Event Space

Hathorne is a casual fine dining restaurant in Nashville, TN. We have a private dining room that can booked! It is perfect to ensure you and your guests have privacy while you enjoy delicious food, and refreshing drinks. The private room can be used for a Business Luncheon, Birthday Party, Anniversary Celebration, or even a private lunch or dinner with your closest friends or family. Private Dining Room

  • The private dining room can hold up to 20 guests and is perfect for business dinners and lunches, anniversaries, birthdays, and larger groups. ( 20 guests is the maximum we can physically seat at the table)

  • We serve a fellowship or family style menu in the private dining room, meaning that the menu you choose will come out in several courses to be shared around the table.

  • For groups of 10 or fewer, the host may select a number of small plates to share and let guests choose their own large plate.

  • For dinner, we recommend 4-6 dishes from the smaller plates, 1-2 from the larger plates, and 1-2 desserts.

  • For Brunch, we recommend 6-10 dishes to share.

    Private Dining Room Pricing-

  • DINNER PRICING: $1000 minimum food and beverage spend, plus tax, gratuity, & fees - Unmet minimum is charged as a room fee.

  • $25 per person non refundable deposit. Deposit is deducted from final bill.

  • BRUNCH PRICING: $500 minimum food and beverage spend, plus tax, gratuity, & fees - Unmet minimum is charged as a room fee.

  • $10 per person non refundable deposit. Deposit is deducted from final bill.

  • In the case of a cancellation within 14 days of the event, the food and beverage minimum (minus the deposit) may be charged to a cc on file, at our discretion.

  • 22% Gratuity on Food and Beverage

  • $100- audio visual package: use of 75” flat screen with HDMI cable.

  • Free use of Spotify.

  • Outside bottles of wine: $35 corkage fee per bottle.

  • $5 per guest charge for outside dessert storage and serving.

  • If more than one payer, the bill may be split evenly, up to 9 ways.

Our Inspiration

Hathorne is named after owner John Stephenson’s beloved grandmother, Mary Ruth Hathorn. In Irish folklore the hawthorn is a sacred tree and a symbol of love and protection. Also the logo of our restaurant, the hawthorn tree, ties us to our family roots. It is a reminder that at Hathorne our focus is family and fellowship.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

Hathorne locally sources ingredients for our lunch and dinner menus. We purchase meat and produce from local farmers in Nashville and surrounding areas in Tennessee.
